The expected rental income allows a moderate interest on the paid direct loans. You can invest money with us from as little as 500 euros, which earns interest at 0 to 1.5 % per year. You determine the number and amount of your direct loans, interest rates and notice periods yourself. Your interest can be paid out either annually or at the end of the term.
