On July 31, 2021, we have submitted our concept as well as our financial plan to the City of Cologne. In it we had to prove how much equity we can raise. Since direct loans count as equity, we would be happy if you would pledge us a direct loan.
Our goals
Rental space for every budget
Regardless of their individual financial situation, people should be able to rent an apartment, office or event space in Petershof in the future. This will create a meeting place for everyone that deserves its name. Especially families with many children, single parents or elderly people, sustainable businesses, initiatives and associations should be able to rent permanently affordable spaces in Petershof. This will only succeed with your support.
Spread over many shoulders
We want to spread the financial burden over as many shoulders as possible. In addition to ourselves, the members of the association, friends and family members, people from the neighborhood and sympathizers, but also companies and institutions give private subordinate loans in small and large amounts. You too can support our initiative with such a direct loan.
Social, regional & sustainable
The Petershof is a neighborhood project where your borrowed money forms the beginning of a social and regional value chain. You invest in local social structures and oppose real estate speculation in Cologne. Together, we sustainably secure over 3,000 sqm of rental space for community living: In addition to residential space, this also comprises an inclusive daycare center, sustainable commerce, and event space. In addition to social aspects, ecological sustainability is also important to us: We are already paying attention to environmental friendliness during the refurbishment; we are also planning an alternative mobility concept that will make private cars largely superfluous.
